Product Return Policy - Can I return products to ContinenceCare?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us, you can return any unopened packages for a full, no questions asked refund credited to your bank account. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of product that have been opened or damaged.
Please include a note with the returned product, with your (1) Name (2) Invoice Number and (3) Bank Account Number.
We will process your exchange or refund within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel.

ContinenceCare Limited does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
Faulty or Incorrect Product
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please call 0800 72 38 72 between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday or email info@continencecare.co.nz with full details, photos and your order reference and we will promptly arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
