Do I have to use the Product Finder to select my FREE samples?
Instead of using the Product Finder, you can add up to three (3) different complimentary sample packs to your cart via the product pages. Simply navigate to the product page of what you want to try and add the Sample Pack to your cart from the package size menu. Then you just need to complete the checkout process to finalise ordering your samples. Please note that not all products have samples available.
How many samples can I order?"
You can order up to three (3) free sample packs per household a month. If there are additional products you'd like to trial you can order three (3) more samples after a month.
How long will my samples take to arrive?"
NZ orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. NZ orders placed after 3pm Monday - Friday or over the weekend period or on public holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Please allow an extra day for rural deliveries.
Will people know what's being delivered?"
We protect and respect your privacy, all orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging - nobody will know what's inside the box.
Only the name and address you provide will be on the address label.
